Romans 12:2- "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind"
Psalm 51:10- "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me."

Luke 6:41- "Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye but fail to notice the beam in your own eye? / How can you say, ‘Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,’ while you yourself fail to see the beam in your own eye? You hypocrite! First take the beam out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye."
One of the central themes of the CohereHeart project is that chronic fear keeps the body in a prolonged stress response, while practices such as slow breathing, gratitude, and prayer help shift people toward greater calm and resilience. Although the Bible doesn't discuss heart rate variability or heart-brain coherence, many passages repeatedly encourage believers to move from fear toward trust, peace, gratitude, and confidence in God.
For thousands of years, the teachings of Jesus have consistently called people away from fear, anxiety, and worry and toward peace, trust, gratitude, love, and faith. Today, modern research in neuroscience, psychoneuroimmunology, and epigenetics is revealing that our mental and emotional state can have measurable effects on our physiology.
Chronic psychological stress has been associated with dysregulation of the immune system, increased inflammatory activity, and changes in the expression of genes involved in stress and inflammation. In contrast, practices that cultivate calm, gratitude, compassion, and focused attention have been linked to improvements in stress regulation, heart rate variability, emotional well-being, and markers of overall health.
At CohereHeart, we believe that the number one most important thing for somebody to do in their lives is to face themselves, people will do literally anything to escape what we call boredom, and the irony is that in boredom is where we make the most growth and are able to see clearly our self-limiting beliefs and where we have justified closing our hearts off due to negative past experiences. Meditation clears the past and prayer determines the future, remember that when you pray to not ask for things but to thank God as if you have already received what it is you desire, this will begin training your mind and body to the feeling/emotion of that future. When you practice this everyday despite going through health, mental, or financial troubles, this is true FAITH. believing in a future that you cannot yet see but can feel in your heart.
In Matthew 6:33, Jesus said:
“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you” (ESV)
You must seek the kingdom of heaven within FIRST, then you will receive the health, abundance, relationships, purpose, joy. People are waiting for something to change in their reality before finding wholeness or peace when Jesus tells us directly that it is the other way around, this is our message as well.
